ATutor

An open source web-based Learning Content Management System (LCMS) first released in 2002. Noted as unique owing to its accessibility features that have opened up e-learning to visually impaired and disabled users. According to its developers ATutor is the only fully accessible LCMS available. ATutor has an international user-base and has been translated into over fifteen languages with further translations being worked on continually. The software is customizable allowing for themes to suit a variety of needs.
