Encompass Development Group began when the Encompass Group saw a skills shortage within workforces across different industries. Since then, we strive to support organisations and their workforces gain the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in their fields. As a training provider, Encompass Development has supported the skills development of companies locally and nationally through our office in Hull. We are able to provide a huge range of courses and programmes to suit most companies, including Apprenticeships, higher level programmes, short courses and compliance training (i.e. First Aid Training and Food Safety). Our team of industry experienced and vocationally competent assessors and tutors aid candidates through the learning process to enable them to achieve qualifications and progress in their chosen career.
