The Pathway to Leadership Excellence programme has been designed to support engineering managers with helping their teams achieve high performance. The programme is designed for managers with two or more years experience in a people, project or resource management position. If you are a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or Engineering Technician (EngTech), your status as a professionally registered engineer means that you are exempt from some modules and therefore can follow a fast track route. IMechE also offers a Chartered Manager Bootcamp. The bootcamp is a 3 day residential programme designed to meet the learning requirements of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Skills. The programme is designed for CEng and IEng managers with two or more years’ experience in a people, project or resource management position.”
