Firm believers in the future rather than the past, here’s just a potted history of where we’ve come from, to help you understand how we’ve gained the trust of thousands of clients to date. From a handful of actors, with a vision to enhance experiential learning opportunities, RoleplayUK first focussed on the needs of the financial services industry. From those early days, back in 1994, we have grown from strength to strength, with a great deal of our new business coming from personal recommendations.
With a track record of 30 years Continuous Improvement Training and Consultancy, we at A3 Training Ltd work across all sectors to help organisations improve their performance. Working across all sectors our purpose is to help organisations improve their business performance and we do this by offering bespoke client-based and open course training which can be accredited. However, training on its own is often not enough and we can provide real ‘hands on’ practical support with our Support-2-Practice programmes until a sustainable in-house capability has been established; only then can an organisation claim to have started its Continuous Improvement journey.
