The software mostly is used for external and employee training. Absorb has over 1,000 clients spread across a variety of businesses, clients include Adobe Software and Rolls Royce Motor Cars. The Absorb LMS was designed to be flexible in how it adapts to different companies needs. The platform is currently available in 17 languages and has the ability to upload learning resources. It is also e-commerce enabled and contains an assessment engine. The LMS supports mobile, primarily through the Apple iPad.
